So this is misleading. You are in REM sleep (your brain is active), meaning you are not getting restful sleep... hence why you are always tired. So that attack doesn't allow you to always feel rested when you fall asleep.

Denied for service connection for sleep apnea got two sleep studies through private doctor and VA. Now just waiting on rhinitis exam and rating so I can connect it as a secondary.

Just finished a second Mental Health C&P. I was unsure why they were doing a second one so soon and was pretty nervous. The doctor said I was misrated and I should of been at 70% and not 50%. So Don't be nervous about multiple C&Ps everyone sometimes its beneficial.

I am 10% service connected for MDD with anxious distress. I filed for an increase for worsening conditions and have another C+P exam on the 11th. The first exam that got me 10% was a joke, I don’t feel like any of my real issues were even considered. My question is this…how to I tell these people how I’m really feeling without having someone show up to my house to force me into inpatient care? Thanks all

I just had a mental exam a few days ago, and I felt like I was totally unprepared. Shortly after the exam, I wanted to slap myself because there were things that I left out or didn't emphasize because it seemed like I was flooded with thoughts and couldn't gather my thoughts. Now, I just have to wait and see what the results are. My anxiety has been through the roof the past couple of days because I feel like I did not go well, and I can't shake that ferlingl. I'm already wondering what to do if I'm denied or the rating is low. I wish I had seen more of your informational vids earlier.

I had an exam for an anxiety disorder and the diagnosis was documented as a favorable finding but the nexus wasn’t approved. Could I submit a supplemental claim and connect this to the IBS that was approved during this same time frame or do I need to start a new claim for anxiety secondary to IBS? I’m unsure of what to do next?

Illinois only have to be 70% to be exempt from property taxes!!!

Too bad your guest cannot sit up & project his words. It’s very difficult to hear him. You come in loud and clear. Your guest needs to learn, should know or be reminded that hearing loss is a huge medical issue among the veterans so sit up and speak clearly please.

In my case many of migraines and headaches don’t cause to lay down but they cause to stay in bed. They will start while asleep, cause me to wake up, and then I just lay there.

Same here Brother. Secondaries are on the way! I've had tinnitus since 1986. I was a M3 Bradley Gunner. They won't back pay me but they started my 10% this June. FTVA! I'll appeal my appeal. FTVA

I filed for PTSD almost 2 years ago. The higher level reviewer told me to file for tinnitus and I got it 2 months later. My duty to assist error has been going for 5 months and I think it will be over a year on that.

I want to claim AUD as secodary to anxiety. But I have a alcohol rehab failure as a discharge. I'm honatably discharged I also have 2 incidents while active. Roommate downed a prescription bottle full of pills when I was in the restroom I came out to him unconscious.. Can I use the stressor and still claim it as a secondary.

So the dumb question, let’s say I put 10 disabilities on one intent to file and 5 get approved, then do I start getting paid while my HLR, or appeal are pending for the ones that were denied?

I had a VA caregiver from 2018 to 2021 and got cut off and nobody can tell me why. WTF! My disabilities have only got worsened. Paying out of pocket for 3 years now.

The VA is HIDING my VA and Military Records because they have committed serious fraud, malpractice, and other issues. When the VA tells Veterans that "IT'S ALL IN YOUR HEAD", "YOU'RE JUST A MALINGERER," "WHAT ARE YOU HERE TO WHINE ABOUT TODAY," and "YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD BY NOW" Veterans don't go back to the VA. The VA treats you like you should be a doctor and KNOW what is wrong with you. That's NOT how medicine works.

Mine was 40 years ago from work as a Boatswains Mate. It is loud, constant and sounds like the Tornado warning but steady. When i was med ind coma last year for 6 days when i woke up i completely fell apart. My daughter in Idaho told them to keep a tv on in my room or id freak and they didnt. I did that for a number of years. My mom was a Democrat and I am a Republican...but we still couldn't work at the same place.
